Job Description

As a Jr. Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and impactful online learning courses. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, multimedia designers, and developers to create effective learning experiences. This role focuses on applying instructional design principles to build user-friendly, interactive courses that integrate multimedia elements and assessments to meet learning objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and design high-quality online courses that align with learning objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, multimedia designers, and developers.
  • Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Analyze learning needs and design appropriate assessments and activities.
  • Ensure courses are user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive.
  • Revise and update courses based on feedback and changing needs.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and principles.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning technologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyze learning needs and design effective learning solutions.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Graphic design and visual communication skills (preferred).
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards for online learning (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

  • Work Days: Monday - Friday
  • Work Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
