Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning and Recruitment:

Identify manpower requirements in coordination with department heads and submit them to the HR Head for approval. Prepare job descriptions, advertise job openings, and manage the recruitment process to attract suitable candidates.

Candidate Screening and Interview Coordination:

Review and screen CVs, shortlist qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in coordinating the recruitment and selection process.

Coordination with Recruitment Agencies:

Liaise with external recruitment agencies and consultants to ensure timely closure of open positions and access to quality candidates.

Employee Onboarding and Orientation:

Conduct orientation programs for newly hired employees to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and work processes.

Training and Development:

Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for both new and existing employees to enhance their skills and professional development.

Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:

Support initiatives that ensure employees are satisfied with their roles, workplace environment, and organizational culture.

Performance Management and Appraisals:

Assist in implementing performance management processes including employee evaluations, appraisals, and feedback sessions.

Employee Records and Data Management:

Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, performance data, and HR documentation, and provide reports to management when required.

Employee Relations and Grievance Handling:

Address employee grievances, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure employees are informed about organizational policies, compliance requirements, and regulations.

Exit Management:

Conduct exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback and support smooth exit procedures.

Workplace Safety and Compliance:

Support initiatives to ensure employee safety, health, and adherence to workplace policies and compliance standards.

Employee Performance Analysis:

Assist in evaluating employee strengths and areas for improvement through analysis and counseling sessions for performance development.
