Position Overview:

Produce high-quality design deliverables focussing on PowerPoint presentations, and including marketing /internal comms emai ler s , social media posts , and interactive web graphics efficiently and effectively as the Growth Enablement team s Design wing

Responsibilities

• Apply our branding consistently across all forms of visual content
• Create attractive and compact PowerPoint presentations for internal use, client presentations, and pitch documents
• Liaise with colleagues to translate briefs into effective designs that meet communication objectives , creative , and technical requirements
• Design layouts for thought leadership , whitepapers , and various research-intensive PowerPoint decks
• Collaborate and brainstorm with the content and research team s to create designs for their product offerings
• Produce infographics and diagrams that communicate information and concepts simply and effectively to the target audience
• Support every part of the design process; from concept creation to execution and be e ager to take up a wide variety of projects
• Freque ntly interact with global stakeholders within dentsu and w ork collaboratively with them to develop the best designs

Skillset & Software Expertise

• Excellent skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong skills in Microsoft O ffice, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in visual design and motion graphics including video and animation production would be a bonus but is not essential
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic, Communication Design or Marketing
• Understanding of print and digital media
• Creative flair and a strong eye for detail
• Up - to - date knowledge of the latest design trends
• Fluency in English is a must
• Interest in working in a creative role and have an online portfolio showing visual design expertise and design-thinking
• A n efficient team player
• A good listener
