Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting Records:

  • Maintain and update accounting records on a daily basis.

Financial Transactions & Analysis:

  • Process and analyze financial transactions related to accounts payable, receivable, and cash management.

Inwards & Outwards Records:

  • Maintain records of goods and materials moving in and out of the company.

Inventory Stock Keeping:

  • Track and maintain accurate inventory stock records.

Account Reconciliations:

  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.

Asset & Liability Management:

  • Maintain and monitor company assets and liabilities.

Expense Review:

  • Review and verify expenses incurred by the organization.

Cash Book Maintenance:

  • Record and track all cash transactions systematically.

Attendance & Payroll:

  • Maintain attendance and payment records for daily wage workers.

Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by seniors.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum B.Com graduate
  • Proficient in accounting software, preferably Tally Prime
  • Exposure to ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Exceptional numerical and calculation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good analytical abilities
