Shift timings: 06:30 PM to 5 PM(night Shift)
Work Mode: Work From Office
1. This is a voice-heavy blended support role involving calls, chats, and emails, with the majority of work focused on inbound and outbound calling.
2. Provide assistance in resolving customer and employee issues, incidents, requests, and queries through calls, chats, and emails.
3. Handle a high volume of voice interactions (calls) along with chat and email support as required.
4. Accurately log and document incidents, ensuring proper tracking, follow-up, escalation, and closure.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of requests.
6. Maintain a customer-first approach, with strong emphasis on live voice communication.
7. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (strong speaking skills are mandatory).
