• Serve as a senior JD Edwards functional consultant focusing on CSMS (Customer Service Management System) and Service Warranty modules.

• Implement and configure JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CSMS and Service Warranty modules for multiple clients.

• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions based on JD Edwards capabilities.

• Support ERP users during functional queries and system issues related to warranty and customer service workflows.

• Coordinate with technical and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless module integration.

• Validate configuration changes and assist in user acceptance testing before deployment.
