Proven experience in Application Development, with a strong focus on Compensation Systems.
Solid understanding of the SAP product portfolio, specifically the SAP Commissions suite.
Proficiency in reporting, dispute management, and data integration within the SAP Commissions ecosystem.
Experience integrating SAP Commissions with other enterprise systems (on-premises and cloud-based).
Strong grasp of compensation and incentive plans, including bonus structures and payout calculations.
Demonstrated success working in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative development cycles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
