  • 15+ years of experience managing IT projects in the Insurance domain, with 5+ years specifically in Life Insurance products and systems.
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes and operations.
  • Technical Leadership & Production Support:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager handling production support for complex applications built on multiple technology stacks.
  • Extensive involvement in Application Management Services (AMS), including implementation of support tools and automation solutions.
  • IT Operations & Service Management:
  • Hands-on experience managing IT operations teams including Batch processing, Database Administration (DB), ETL, and Middleware (MW).
  • Proficient in managing and improving IT infrastructure, platform services, and ITSM processes to ensure SLA compliance and system availability.
  • Expertise in cloud operations, cloud DevOps, and supporting managed services environments.
  • Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
  • Skilled in monitoring IT ecosystems to ensure health and availability while identifying and driving continuous service improvements using design thinking and automation.
  • Focus on enhancing efficiency, system security, and proactive issue resolution.
