- Project Management & Insurance Domain Expertise:
- 15+ years of experience managing IT projects in the Insurance domain, with 5+ years specifically in Life Insurance products and systems.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes and operations.
- Technical Leadership & Production Support:
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager handling production support for complex applications built on multiple technology stacks.
- Extensive involvement in Application Management Services (AMS), including implementation of support tools and automation solutions.
- IT Operations & Service Management:
- Hands-on experience managing IT operations teams including Batch processing, Database Administration (DB), ETL, and Middleware (MW).
- Proficient in managing and improving IT infrastructure, platform services, and ITSM processes to ensure SLA compliance and system availability.
- Expertise in cloud operations, cloud DevOps, and supporting managed services environments.
- Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
