Java Technical Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and design solutions for complex systems.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, design, and implementation.

Required Skills

• Java 8+
• Test-Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, Mock frameworks (Mockito, etc.)
• Spring, Spring Boot
• SOA / Microservices with RESTful services (RESTful mandatory)
• SQL, JDBC, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Data
• Database experience: PostgreSQL, Oracle, or In-Memory DB (at least one)

Good-to-Have Skills

• BDD (Cucumber)
• Messaging systems: RabbitMQ, AMQP, JMS, Kafka
• Architectural design and solutioning experience
