• Leading a team of developers to design and develop high-quality software applications using Java technologies.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team on architecture, design, and coding standards.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring that the code adheres to best practices and standards.
• Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of software applications in production environments.
• Ensuring that the software development process is efficient and effective, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary.The skills required for a Java Tech Lead include strong technical skills in Java programming and related technologies, experience leading software development teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is also important. Experience with containerization and cloud technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is desirable, as is experience with software design patterns and architectures.
