Job Title: Sr Java Developer Role
Experience: 8 to 16 yrs
Location: Kharadi, Pune, MH

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–16 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with frontend technologies: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Deep understanding of Azure Cloud components — App Service, AKS, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Event Hub, Service Bus, and Azure SQL.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps CI/CD best practices.
- Experience with Kafka or messaging queues is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
