Java Lead - Spring Frameworks

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Java Lead with 10+ years of experience designing and developing Java applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and strong database knowledge (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Proven experience delivering scalable, efficient Java solutions is essential.

What You Will Do:

• Design and develop RESTful Web Services
• Work hands-on with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Develop web applications using Spring Framework
• Build microservices leveraging Spring Boot
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies
• Use CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab
• Follow Agile methodologies focusing on quality and standards
• Architect, design, and implement complex software systems

What We Need:

• B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience with Java/J2EE technologies
• Expertise in building backend APIs using Spring Boot, Spring DI, Spring AOP
• Experience with real-time messaging integration using Kafka or similar
• Proficiency in at least one database: Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Previous experience leading and managing high-performing software engineering teams
