Java Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Java-based applications using Spring Framework and other related technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable solutions.
• Write efficient, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance.
• Work in an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., QA, UI/UX) for smooth integration and deployment.
• Utilize SQL for database-related tasks such as writing queries, designing schemas, and optimizing database performance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Java: Strong proficiency in Java, including experience with object-oriented design and multi-threading.
• Spring Framework: In-depth experience in Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• SQL: Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries, understanding database design, and optimizing performance.
