Java + Kafka Professional

Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking a skilled Java + Kafka Professional to join our client's dynamic team. This pivotal role is for a developer with strong expertise in Java with Spring Boot and significant hands-on experience with Apache Kafka. You will be instrumental in building scalable microservices, integrating with diverse data sources, and deploying solutions in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Develop robust and scalable backend applications using Java with Spring Boot.
• Event Streaming: Implement and manage high-performance data pipelines and event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka.
• Microservices & APIs: Design, develop, and deploy microservices and REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication between system components.
• Database Management: Work proficiently with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Containerization & DevOps: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated software delivery.
• Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.

Skills

• Strong experience in Java with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in designing and developing microservices.
• Expertise in creating and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java developer with a strong focus on Kafka.
