 Role Summary

As a Java Full Stack Application Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end application development—from requirement analysis and solution design to development, testing, and optimization. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guide technical decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure full-stack applications to meet business and application requirements
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support technical decision-making
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Take ownership of team-level technical decisions and problem-solving
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team capability
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability

 Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in Java and modern web development frameworks
• Experience working across both front-end and back-end components
• Solid understanding of database management and system integration
• Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence solutions

Nice To Have

• Experience working in enterprise-scale or client-facing projects
• Exposure to cloud platforms or microservices-based architectures
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
