Java Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Java Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Java, Spring Boot microservices, and a commitment to writing clean, testable code. This role focuses on developing scalable backend services within a microservices architecture, leveraging modern development tools and cloud platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable backend services using Advanced Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Implement comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Utilize modern development tools and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Azure cloud services for deployment and management.

Skills

• Strong expertise in Advanced Java development.
• Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and development.
• Essential experience with unit testing frameworks and practices.
• Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and deployment strategies is a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker; Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using development tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins/Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
