Java Developer Lead

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Core Java , J2EE , Spring , Hibernate , and Struts .
• Create and maintain Web Services (SOAP/RESTful) to integrate various applications and services.
• Work on server-side technologies such as JSP , Servlets , and frontend technologies like JavaScript , jQuery , and AJAX .
• Develop and implement database solutions using Oracle Database , ensuring efficient design and performance.
• Apply Design Patterns to improve application architecture and maintainability.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Tomcat , WebLogic , or WebSphere application servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards and practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and resolve application issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies and frameworks, ensuring the team is using the best practices in development.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Spring , Hibernate , and Struts frameworks.
• Proficient in developing and consuming Web Services (SOAP/RESTful).
• Solid understanding of JSP , Servlets , JavaScript , jQuery , and AJAX .
• Experience with Oracle Database and database design.
• Familiarity with Tomcat , WebLogic , or WebSphere servers.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
