Java Developer
Job Description
‑Design, develop, and test applications using Java JSE technologies.
‑Develop Java Applets using Swing and build robust back‑end applications using frameworks such as Spring, JPA, Hibernate, or Struts.
‑Work with multithreading, I/O, applet packages, and other core JSE libraries.
‑Develop and integrate web components using JSP, Servlets, and JSTL.
‑Work with REST and SOAP web services using JSON and XML formats.
‑Interact with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
‑Work with application servers including Apache Tomcat, JBoss, GlassFish, Jetty, and others.
‑Apply SDLC best practices including estimation, documentation, clean coding, and performance optimization.
‑Demonstrate ability to analyze requirements, work independently, and operate under pressure.
‑Participate in Agile development processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
