Java Developer

We are seeking a Java Developer with a passion for support and process improvement. This support-focused role requires strong Java skills to ensure system stability, manage smooth deployments on AWS and Azure, and lead technical onboarding for new clients. You'll be the first line of technical support, investigating and resolving issues while also contributing to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first line of technical support for clients and internal teams, investigating and resolving issues as needed.
• Manage deployments to AWS and Azure, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release processes.
• Lead the technical onboarding for new clients, working to streamline the process.
• Fix bugs and enhance system reliability using Java (Java 8, Spring Boot, MySQL).
• Improve support tools, logging, and monitoring to enable faster issue detection and resolution.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver a smooth experience.

Skills Required:

• Strong Java skills and experience navigating backend codebases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Bash scripting, and deployment on AWS/Azure.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for support and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams.
• Knowledge of web application security is a plus.
• DevOps/CI-CD exposure is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
