Java Developer

This pivotal role involves contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from analyzing user requirements to designing, implementing, and maintaining high-volume, low-latency Java-based applications. You'll play a crucial part in envisioning system features, ensuring design conformity with business goals, and continuously driving technical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Development: Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Application Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that are high-volume and low-latency.
• Requirements & Functionality: Analyze user requirements to define business objectives. Envision system features and functionality, and define application objectives and functionality.
• Design & Architecture: Ensure application designs conform with business goals. Create detailed design documentation and develop technical designs for application development. Propose changes to the current Java infrastructure.
• Coding & Testing: Write well-designed, testable code. Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. Develop and test software.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve any technical issues arising.
• Documentation & Releases: Develop documentation to help users. Transform requirements into stipulations. Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting them for architectural review.
• Application Management: Manage Java and Java EE application development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer.
