Java Developer

 The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs, as well as a solid understanding of service integration. This role demands not only strong development capabilities but also proven team leadership and mentoring experience.

The candidate will:

• Lead and guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality code and meeting project deadlines.
• Be responsible for integration build activities, developing secure and robust APIs, and ensuring seamless service communication across systems.
• Review and manage offshore deliverables to align with client expectations and best practices.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
• Handle performance tuning and debugging for complex applications.
• Maintain and enforce coding standards and design principles.
