Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers using Java-based software products, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to understand and address their technical inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and prioritize customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, and other relevant technologies to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
- Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Software Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in a Java-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with message brokers like Kafka for event-driven architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
