Java Backend Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain high-performance backend applications primarily using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate scalable solutions based on a Microservices architecture.
• Focus on optimizing and fine-tuning existing Kafka-based data-driven applications and Java-React applications to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, QAs, and other developers.
• Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for backend development.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Core Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience in developing and deploying applications based on Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Kafka.
