Java Backend Automation Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for enterprise systems.
• Manage, monitor, and continuously improve test automation infrastructure.
• Develop custom automation tools and integrate them with existing testing platforms to enhance engineering productivity.
• Define and execute automation strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies, including banking stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, and non-functional testing (security, performance, reliability, scalability, maintainability).
• Execute regression testing across projects and products aligned with SDLC processes.
• Validate system accuracy, interoperability, functionality, and accessibility.
• Ensure high-quality delivery in complex financial systems such as Prime Brokerage and Swaps.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and defect management activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.
