We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust backend systems and APIs, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java.
• Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly and efficiently.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to design decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Java development and backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
