JAMF_IM Professional

• Candidate should have good hands-on experience in large environments supporting JAMF and MAC OS Image
• Develop, maintain, and deploy corporate MAC OS images and software packages to Mac laptop and desktop clients
• Administrating JAMF and create packages for applications to deploy on systems across the globe
• An in-depth understanding of the MAC OS Imaging process using JAMF
• Implementation, administration, and configuration of JAMF Enterprise environment
• Experience using the JAMF tools (Recon, Composer, Remote, Admin).
• Experience in various tools to assist in the deconstruction and rebuilding of installer packages (Composer, InstaDMG, and autoPKG etc.)
• Application testing and performing UAT and aid / support to customer to resolve issues with packages
• Experience in creating scripts and package for MAC OS
• Serve as the escalation point for all MAC users and intensive knowledge of MAC file system, encryption, and remote assistance tools.
• Evaluate and test new Mac OS & architect future solutions for deploying Mac configuration to new & existing Mac.
• Create and maintain technical knowledge base documents.
• Create customized macOS images to be deployed on, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.
• Create & manage technical system procedure documentation & ensure it is updated and current.
• Research, analysis, testing, certification, and documentation of the application lifecycle for macOS.
• Evaluate security updates and service packs for supported applications and perform necessary QC and certification for installation on all supported Mac clients.
• Test, install and update the MAC macOS operating system including proprietary applications, security patches, updates, application drivers and system security tools.
• Install and configure Symantec Endpoint Encryption & Security Suite on Mac computers.
• Create, manage, develop & secure enterprise ready macOS image.
• Resolving critical issues from the IT Service Desk
