IVR Testing

We are seeking an IVR Test Engineer with a minimum of 10+ years of IT experience, specifically with relevant experience in Functional/Automation Testing Projects. The ideal candidate must have a strict IVR background (IVR Concepts/Call Flow) and proven expertise with the Cyara tool. Experience in writing DB queries (preferably for MS SQL Server) and validating SOAP and REST based services is mandatory. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to work in a 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST shift.

Key Responsibilities

• IVR Testing Expertise: Apply strict IVR background knowledge (IVR Concepts/Call Flow) to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for IVR applications.
• Cyara Tool Proficiency: Utilize the Cyara tool extensively for IVR testing, automation, and managing test cases.
• Functional & Automation Testing: Lead and perform functional and automation testing activities for IVR systems.
• Database Validation: Write and execute DB queries (preferably for MS SQL Server) for data validation and backend testing.
• API Testing: Validate SOAP and REST based services to ensure proper integration and functionality.
• Test Management: Use ALM or any other Test Management Tool for test case management, execution, and defect tracking.
• Agile Collaboration: Work effectively in Agile projects, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Independent Work: Work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal support, taking ownership of deliverables.
• Communication: Leverage excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Shift Work: Adhere to the 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST shift schedule.

Domain Knowledge (Preferable): Apply business knowledge in the Telecom domain/IVR Testing.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with relevant experience in Functional/Automation Testing Projects.
• Strictly with IVR background (IVR Concepts/Call Flow).
• Proven expertise with the Cyara tool.
• Experience in writing DB queries, preferably for MS SQL Server.
• Mandatory experience in validating SOAP and REST based services.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in working in Agile projects.
• Experience with ALM or any other Test Management Tool.
• Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal support.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid Model within the given locations (Hyderabad, Telangana, India).
• Willingness to work in the 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST shift.
