Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand how ServiceNow delivers ITOM and align business requirements to platform capabilities.
  • Work with key modules including Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalogue.
  • Design business and operational architectures with awareness of impacts on adjacent areas.
  • Lead complex business briefings and shape solution definitions with senior stakeholders.
  • Apply business analysis tools and templates effectively; guide others in their use.
  • Manage trade-offs in business analysis considering time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Stay updated with developments in ServiceNow and ITOM best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM modules (SAM Pro, HAM Pro).
  • Apply ITIL processes and CSDM standards in ITAM implementations.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Understand software licensing models and compliance requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Conduct analytical assessments to resolve issues and optimize processes.
  • Handle integrations with tools such as SCCM, JAMF, and Flexera.
