- Manage and coordinate incident management processes in line with ITIL best practices.
- Ensure timely resolution and proper escalation of incidents to minimize business impact.
- Monitor, track, and document incidents accurately within the IT service management tool.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Participate actively in shift handovers and rotational shifts as required.
