Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management
- Monitor IT service performance and identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with ITIL standards
- Facilitate root cause analysis and drive problem resolution
- Develop and maintain ITSM documentation and reports
- Support audits and compliance checks related to ITIL processes
- Provide training and guidance on ITIL best practices to teams
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 7 years of experience in IT service management with strong knowledge of ITIL framework
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze complex IT processes and suggest improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred
