Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and analyzing job requirements from clients(Banking & Manufacturing)
  • Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Creating a detailed job description and posting it on relevant job boards
  • Screening and shortlisting potential candidates
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Negotiating salary, contract terms, and conditions with selected candidates
  • Managing the hiring paperwork and ensuring all aspects are in line with legal requirements
  • Providing regular feedback to both clients and candidates regarding the status of the recruitment process
  • Maintaining a database of candidate records, including resumes, interview notes, and any other relevant documentation
