System Architecture

Design, develop, and implement complex integrations between engineering systems and enterprise business systems
Program and maintain non-standard system interfaces and configurations using custom code to support unique business requirements
Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with AGCO's operating standards and global regulatory mandates
Architect future application and infrastructure initiatives, including system upgrades, expansions, and functional enhancements
Communicate complex technical solutions, plans, and architectural strategies to internal teams and corporate leadership
Manage Windchill customizations, updates, and change deployments across environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end connectivity and system alignment
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting PTC Windchill PLM systems
Strong experience with Windchill installation, patching, upgrades, and environment management
Proven expertise in developing, managing, and deploying Windchill customizations and complex integrations
Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
