Key Deliverables:

• Support data validation and migration into TrakCare ACN system
• Coordinate user training and change adoption for clinical workflows
• Perform quality assurance to ensure alignment with clinical requirements
• Document user feedback and issues for continuous system improvement

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist IT and clinical teams during implementation and issue resolution
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication throughout rollout phases
• Maintain records of workflow changes and implementation progress
• Contribute to project management and support change management activities
