Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile IT professional to support Graphics, Digital Marketing tools, Website systems, and Retail POS operations. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on technical expertise across IT support, web maintenance, and retail systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide IT support for Graphics team (Adobe tools, systems, file management).

Maintain and update company websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).

Support online marketing tools, CRM integrations, and tracking systems.

Administer and troubleshoot POS systems across retail locations.

Ensure system uptime, backups, security, and smooth operations.

Required Skills

Strong IT troubleshooting experience.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Basic web development (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms).

Experience with POS systems and retail technology.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
