IT Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for printers and IT peripherals.
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues at client sites or remotely.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and inventory of spare parts.
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams for smooth post-sales support.
• Educate customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting.
