Lead and manage the inside sales team for SAP solutions

• Build and maintain a high-performing team with strong dynamics and motivation

• Implement and monitor formal sales management processes

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with responsiveness and integrity

• Conduct presentations and communications with internal and external stakeholders

• Drive SAP sales targets and support business development initiatives

• Manage international market exposure; US market experience preferred but not mandatory
