• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and domain-specific roles

• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster

• Identify candidates with skills in SAP, Frontend, Backend, Java, and related technologies

• Work with Pharma and BFSI clients for specialized hiring needs

• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates

• Manage weekday and weekend interview drives

• Ensure timely closures with quality candidate delivery
