Technical / Engineering Recruiter (C2H Focus)

Quess Corp is hosting a Walk-In Interview Drive for experienced Technical and Engineering Recruiters to join our internal team. We are looking for dynamic professionals who excel in sourcing for both niche and volume requirements in the IT, Engineering, and Automotive sectors.

Position Overview

  • Role: Technical / Engineering Recruiter
  • Experience Required: 2+ Years
  • Compensation: Based on experience and competence
  • Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period preferred


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing heavily on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.
  • Talent Sourcing: Execute both niche and volume sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn), and headhunting.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Assess candidates' technical skills, communication, and cultural fit for specific engineering and IT roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with internal account managers and delivery heads to understand hiring pipelines and fulfill demands efficiently.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Manage candidate pipelines, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.


Core Skills & Domain Expertise

We are seeking recruiters with a proven track record of sourcing across the following domains:

DomainKey Technologies / RolesEngineering & AutomotiveEmbedded Engineers, AUTOSAR, Firmware, RTL Design, Mechanical Design, BIW, CATIA, Manufacturing EngineeringIT & Cloud.NET, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Full Stack Development, SAP Modules, etc.


Candidate Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of core experience in Technical Recruitment.
  • Mandatory Experience: Must have a strong and proven background in handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring models.
  • Preferred Industry Background: Experience recruiting within IT Services, Automotive, Semiconductor, Engineering Services, EPC, or Aerospace sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
