Experience: 2–4 Years
Must have laptop with them good condition do check configuration
Excellent communication skills
What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Contract & C2H roles
Act as a single point of contact for clients
- Individual contributor !!
- Understand hiring requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Work across multiple IT skill sets & domains
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Job Portals & ATS tools
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews
- Handle candidate engagement, follow-ups & offer closures
- Maintain accurate data and recruitment reports
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic market)
Strong expertise in Contract & C2H hiring
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, portals & ATS
Great communication and coordination abilities
