Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Identifying Candidates: Utilize job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate candidates' technical abilities, work experience, and overall fit for open positions.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the integration of new hires into the organization for a smooth transition.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to management.
