Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
