- Source and identify potential IT candidates using job portals and professional networking sites
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview processes
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process
