Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Permanent Hiring and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) roles.
- Source candidates for niche IT skills, including SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and more.
- Use job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, networking, and references to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication for weekday and weekend drives.
- Ensure quality candidate delivery and meet monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and client-handling capability.
