Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including Permanent Hiring and C2H (Contract-to-Hire).
• Source candidates for niche IT skills including SAP modules, Oracle, Cloud Technologies, ERP, Full Stack Development, Java, C++, .NET, DevOps, and more.
• Utilize job portals, professional networks, mass mailing, and references to identify quality candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication with clients.
• Ensure consistent monthly closures for both C2H and Permanent roles with high-quality delivery.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship management skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
