We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting top IT talent, along with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and the specific qualifications required for each position.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, job boards, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
