Job Description

  • Strategy and planning Develop and implement global recruitment strategies, build global talent pools, and report on hiring metrics such as time to hire and source of hire with quality submission of profiles
  • Sourcing and attraction Identify and attract international candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks and international job fairs
  • Screening and interviewing Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers across different plants or hubs
  • Process Management – Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Compliance – Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international labor laws and regulations
  • Data and reporting – Maintain accurate records in an applicant tracking system, manage recruitment related paperwork and updates on recruitment activities.

Experience Required:

  • Strategic hiring across regions
  • Predominantly in hiring manufacturing industry skills
  • Industry knowledge in Brazil with market intel
  • Proficient in Portugues and English language to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership
