Job Description
Strategic:
- Create a plan for meeting recruiting demand with clients in IT industry .
- Help in improving hiring processes .
- Collaborate with business leadership to understand growth plans and create plans to achieve targets.
- Should be good in negotiation skills to negotiate with clients in favor of business.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills to create staggered plans with different priorities.
- Good communication and account management skills to effectively communicate with clients and augment business orders, understand concerns if any and fix them.
- Good in metrics and report building to create SMART reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery of the for an account and improvise on a periodic basis.
- Set up the sourcing strategy , budget and ensure RoI in line with the company s business goals .
- Good at social media engagement specially on LinkedIn.
Operational:
- Should have experience in hiring IT skills at different experience levels.
- Good at understanding the JD, identifying gaps and getting them fixed with clients.
- Experience of executing end-to-end recruitment right from understanding JD to sourcing, scheduling, offering and joining.
- Responsible for handling a large recruitment pipeline and meeting targets.
- Engage candidates and predict the potential risks in advance, followed by taking measurable steps to mitigate the risk.
- Timely update recruitment database, tools etc and generate necessary reports.
- Passionate about the recruitment process and achieving targets.
- Self disciplined and proactive in business.
- Excellent team player who loves knowledge sharing and helping the team members.
