IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT positions, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment progress

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
• Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and best practices
