Job Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Zentek Infosoft.
- The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting.
- The Technical Recruiter will also need excellent communication skills to interact with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
- 1-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in C2H hiring.
- Proven experience hiring for technologies like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Fullstack Development
- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
- Expertise in screening technical candidates through interviews and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and candidate negotiations.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) tools.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with staffing firms or IT consulting companies.
- Strong understanding of technical stacks, software development roles, and C2H hiring processes.
- Proven success in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for niche technology roles.
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
