- Understand job requirements and technical skillsets from hiring managers.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the recruitment process.
